* Minimum three nights booking during July & August. Single occupancy rates apply to specific rooms only. Senior Citizens may deduct £10 per week, except in July & August. Childrens prices apply all year when sharing a room with paying adults, when accompanied by one adult the single occupancy rate will apply to the adult. No charge for babies up to 12 months.

Payment Methods

There are three ways of settling your final bill; cash, debit card and credit card. Payment via credit card will incur a 2% surcharge, 4% with AMEX.

Deposit

A non returnable deposit will be taken when you book your stay. When paying by debit card or credit card the deposit payable will be £50 per person, per week, or £50 per room for shorter bookings. Deposit payments will not incur any surcharge. When paying by cheque the deposit payable will be 50% of the full cost of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation. Should you cancel your stay after this point then every effort will be made to re-let rooms. Should we be unable to re-let your room/s however, a charge of 80% of the daily booking price will be deducted from your card for each day the room/s is/are unoccupied.

If you fail to arrive for your agreed stay without notice you will be charged the full cost of the first nights accomodation. If we are subsequently still unable to re-let the room/s a charge of 80% of the daily booking price will be added for each day the room/s is/are unoccupied.

There will be no deductions for absence or early departure if we are subsequently unable to re-let the room/s for the remainder of your booking. We reserve the right to deduct any outstanding payment from the card details given when the booking was made. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance.

Smoking Policy

The Langham is a non-smoking establishment. Should any guest be found to be smoking in one of our rooms, or should we find evidence that a guest has/had been smoking during their stay, that guest will be automatically charged for one additional day to cover the cost of cleansing the room. We also reserve the right to ask a guest to leave if they are found smoking.
